Jack Tucker
A graduate of Johns Hopkins University and a PhD from University of Chicago, Jack brings over fifty years of invaluable business experience to Deronda. Prior to his involvement in the real estate business, Jack owned and managed nursing homes in the Baltimore area for decades. Known for his unwavering commitment to principles and meticulous attention to detail, Jack serves as the esteemed patriarch of our company, guiding us with his wealth of knowledge and sage advice.
Jordan Tucker
A graduate of University of Maryland, Jordan is the analytical backbone of our team. His keen ability to dissect data and leverage insights shapes our decision-making processes. Jordan’s responsibilities include tenant relations, leasing, and property management. Outside of work, Jordan dedicates his time to raising his two young sons and playing basketball
Ethan Tucker
Also a graduate of University of Maryland, Ethan contributes a robust financial acumen to our team. His expertise extends across various financial realms, from underwriting properties to nurturing banking relations. When not immersed in spreadsheets and market analyses, Ethan can be found supporting his favorite soccer team, Tottenham Hotspur.
