Our keen interest lies in acquiring industrial warehouses that stand out with their advantageous locations and functional features. We prioritize properties that offer good parking ratios, a crucial factor for operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction. The location of these warehouses is also paramount; we seek properties on streets with high traffic counts with easy ingress and egress, especially with proximity to major highway systems for logistical convenience.
Outdoor Storage
The other major assets we target are those with potential for substantial outdoor storage. We look for properties that can accommodate various outdoor storage needs, including truck parking or terminals, drop lots, and equipment storage. These facilities cater to an array of different storage uses, providing us with the versatility to serve diverse tenant requirements. We look for properties that have 3+ acres of heavy industrial zoning, the bigger the better.
